SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to receive your order as soon as possible! Most orders are shipped out on the same or next business day. If your order can not be shipped within 48 hours, we will contact you. *Please note*  The studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays - orders placed Saturday - Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.

We ship all packages within Canada via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. This ensures that you will receive a tracking number and insurance on your products.

Orders that are shipped to the United States will be shipped using Canada Post. Any orders that are shipped Internationally outside of the United States will require that you contact us so that we can make appropriate shipping arrangements.

Orders at The Art House Studio and typically packed and shipped the very next business day. You can expect to receive an email that contains tracking number in that time frame. In situations where we have an out of stock or back ordered items, you may be contacted so we can adjust your order to your satisfaction.

Canada Post provides a set of expedited parcel delivery standards. Typically, you can expect delivery of your order within 1-2 days in Ontario and Quebec, 3-4 days in Manitoba, Alberta, and most East Coast provinces, and 5-6 days to British Columbia, Newfoundland, and the Territories.

We are currently offering free shipping on orders over $100 before tax

If you are placing an order with an item on PRE SALE, please note, your order will be shipped when that pre sale item is in stock.  If you'd like to make other shipping arrangements, please contact the studio.

Ontario, Quebec & Manitoba  - Flat Rate Shipping $10 
Rest of Canada - Flat Rate Shipping $12.50

USA - Flat Rate Shipping $15.00

International - Exact shipping rates apply.  Contact the studio for rates

* If your order is oversized or overweight there may be additional shipping charges. You will be contacted about these charges before your order is processed.

RETURN POLICY

Cash Refunds will NOT be given. An exchange or store credit will be given to unopened product such as templates, pre-packaged paper, or other pre-packaged product that are returned at your expense or via alternate arrangement made with The Art House Studio. Please note: We reserve the right to alter this policy at any time.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

All Class/Workshop purchases are FINAL SALE.  No refund will be given. They are, however, transferable.  If you are not able to make a class you're registered in, please contact the studio.
